CONSTROCARE BRICKS MANUFACTURING LLP is run out of Sr No 18 in Paygude Nagar. Keshav Krishna Paygude is the one in charge of the spot. It’s a busy area and we’re right in the middle of it. We deal with bricks all day long. Honestly, it’s not the most glamorous job in the world. You end up with red dust on your clothes and shoes no matter what you do. We have a small crew that helps with the loading and unloading. We don't have any flashy signs or a big marketing team. Most of our work comes from people just knowing where we are located. If you walk by, you’ll probably see us arguing over the schedules or checking the quality of a new batch. We have to deal with the rain quite a bit, which can slow everything down. It’s frustrating when we can’t get the bricks out on time because of the mud. We just try to keep the supply steady for the local builders. It’s a straightforward business. We don't spend much time on computers unless we have to. Most of the real work happens on the ground. It’s practical and it keeps us busy from morning until late evening. There’s always another pile of bricks to move or another order to write down in the book. That's just how we get by.
