Balaji Paver Blocks

We are located right behind the Amantran Hotel here in Dalvi Wadi. If you know Sinhgad Road, you’ve probably passed by Nanded Phata many times. Our yard is at S. No. 134/1/2/1. It gets pretty dusty out here when the trucks come in to load up the blocks. Most of the day, we are just busy moving stuff around and making sure the pavers are sitting right. It’s not a fancy setup. We have the machines running and there is usually a lot of noise. People stop by to look at the different patterns we have lying around in the yard. Sometimes they get confused about the turn behind the hotel, but once you see the stacks of blocks, you know you are in the right spot. We’ve been at this spot in Dhayari for a while now. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so we all walk or bike in. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and the sun gets hot in the afternoons. We keep some water in the corner for anyone who stops by. We don't have a big front office or anything like that. Just the workspace and the place where we keep the finished stock. It’s a simple business. We just focus on getting the work done every day before the sun goes down. Usually, we are cleaning up the sand and cement bits by five or six o’clock in the evening.
