Conoscenza Marketing Solutions Pvt Ltd operates out of Flat No 4 in the Landmark Building. We are care of Mr N K Sondhi, and the address is 42 Aundh Road, specifically in the Kirkee area of Pune. The Landmark Building is an older structure, and our office being in a flat means it feels very much like a small, local business. We don't have a big sign on the roof or a fancy entrance. You just come up to the fourth flat and there we are. Inside, it’s cozy, maybe even a bit cramped when we have a lot going on, but it works for us. We’ve got bookshelves filled with old binders and desks that are covered in notes and coffee mugs. It’s a real working environment, not something staged for a photo shoot. The traffic on Aundh Road can be a bit noisy during peak hours, but we’ve mostly learned to tune it out. We spend our days coordinating with each other and making sure the work gets finished on time. We don't follow any strict corporate handbook; we just treat each other like people and get on with the day. It’s been our home for a while now, and we’re quite comfortable in this little corner of Pune. It’s a short walk to get some snacks, and the general atmosphere of the building is pretty friendly and quiet most of the time.
