We are situated near Medipoint Hospital, a landmark that helps most people find their way here on New Dp Road. Aundh is a pretty nice area, actually. There’s always a lot of students and professionals walking around, and the food options nearby are endless. Our office isn’t anything to brag about in terms of design. It’s a functional space on the first floor where we keep our heads down and work. We have a few desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and a corner for the water cooler. It’s a small team, so it’s never too loud, unless everyone is on the phone at the same time. We like the location because it’s easy for everyone to get to, and the atmosphere in Aundh is lively but not overwhelming. Sometimes we take a walk down New Dp Road just to clear our heads after a long morning session. We don’t have a big HR department or a list of corporate rules on the wall. We just know what needs to be done and we do it. It’s a very practical way of running things, and being in a residential-commercial hybrid building like Vishakha makes it feel more grounded and real than those glass towers in Hinjewadi. We’ve been here for a while and the routine suits us just fine, from the morning coffee to the evening wrap-up.
