Confluence Placements Hr Works is located in Pune, specifically at B 204 in Sahadeo Heights on Baner Road. If you know the area, you know Baner Road is always packed with people and cars. Our office is up on the second floor, which helps us get away from some of the street noise. We spend the majority of our time looking through resumes and talking to people who are looking for new jobs. It’s a busy environment because the phone is always ringing. We have a few desks set up and a small area where we can talk to candidates privately. The walls are mostly bare except for some charts and a clock. We’ve been operating out of this Sahadeo Heights building for a while now. It’s a good location for us because it’s easy for people to reach by bus or bike. We don't have any big signs or advertisements outside. Most of the people who come to see us have already heard about us through word of mouth or online listings. We just try to match the right person with the right opening. It’s a lot of sorting through details and checking references. Sometimes the days are long, especially when we have a lot of positions to fill at once. We keep a teapot in the corner and take short breaks when we can. It’s honest work and it keeps us connected to the Pune community.
