We are Confluence Placements & Hr Works, located over in the Kondhwa area of Pune. Kondhwa is a busy spot, and we fit right into the mix of shops and local businesses here. We spend our time helping people find work and helping companies find the right staff. It’s a lot of listening to what people want and seeing if we can find a match. Sometimes it works out great, and other times it takes a lot of searching and phone calls. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of offices; we are just a local team working in this part of town. Our office is pretty simple. We have our desks, our files, and a lot of resumes that we go through daily. HR work isn't always glamorous, it’s a lot of checking details and making sure people actually show up when they say they will. We like the neighborhood here in Kondhwa, it has its own vibe and it's easy enough for people to find us. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just try to be helpful and keep the process moving along. Some days are slower than others, but there is usually something to do, whether it's updating a database or interviewing someone new. It’s just us, doing our thing in Pune, trying to make the hiring process a bit less of a headache.
