Conexant

Our office is tucked away in Lane C of the Rag Vilas Society, over in Koregaon Park. It’s a quiet area compared to the rest of Pune, which is nice when we need to focus. Plot No. 35-A is where we spend most of our time. We’ve been here for a bit, and the place has slowly filled up with desks and computer screens. It’s not one of those massive glass buildings you see in the tech parks. It feels more like a house that we turned into a workspace, which I guess it actually is. The garden outside needs a bit of trimming, but we usually forget about it until the monsoon hits. Inside, it’s mostly just us working through tasks and taking breaks to get coffee from the small kitchen. We keep a lot of old cables in boxes because you never know when you might need one. The people who live around here know us as the quiet group that stays late sometimes. We don’t have a big sign or anything, just the address on the gate. It’s a decent place to work without all the noise of the main road. Sometimes we eat lunch out in the lane when the weather is good. It’s just a normal office routine for us at Conexant, nothing fancy or overly corporate about it. We just show up and do what needs to be done every day.
