Concept Home Care

We set up Concept Home Care in Saket Nagar, Kanpur, at 127 815 W1. It’s a busy residential area, so we see a lot of people passing by our door every day. We mostly deal with things people need for their houses. Whether it’s fixing something or providing supplies, we try to be useful. The shop is usually crowded with boxes and different items we’ve stocked up on. Kanpur gets very dusty, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the shelves, though it feels like a losing battle sometimes. We know most of our neighbors by name. They drop in to complain about the heat or the traffic and maybe buy something they forgot they needed. It’s not a fancy operation. We have a couple of stools for people to sit on if they want to chat for a bit. The ceiling fan wobbles a little, but it keeps the air moving. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know where everything is kept. If someone asks for something we don't have, we usually know where they can find it nearby. That’s just how it is in Saket Nagar. We keep the books in a drawer and try to stay organized, even when things get a bit chaotic during the busy hours. It’s a good place to be, right in the middle of everything. We just do our best to help people with their home needs without making a big fuss about it.
