Computer Kingdom

Our shop is located in the Moti Building, specifically at plot number 96, right on MG Road in the Camp area. It is a busy part of town, so there is always noise from the street coming through the windows. We started Computer Kingdom because we liked messing around with hardware and seeing how things work. Over the years, we have seen MG Road change a lot, but we are still here in the same spot doing the same thing. The building itself is old, which gives it some character, though the stairs can be a bit of a climb if you are carrying a heavy desktop tower. Inside, it’s mostly just shelves filled with monitors and boxes of components. We spend a lot of time cleaning out dust from fans and trying to figure out why a motherboard isn't booting up. It is not always easy, and sometimes we stay late trying to recover files for someone who forgot to back them up. We don't have a big staff, just a few guys who know their way around a circuit board. People stop by to ask questions or just to see if we have a specific power adapter in stock. It’s a practical kind of life, working with our hands and solving puzzles every day. We just try to get the jobs done so people can get back to their work and not worry about their machines anymore.
