We are set up near the Breman Maitri Chawk in the Aundh area of Pune. Specifically, we are in the Staff Quarter IVBP on Ganesh Khind Road. It is a bit of a specific location, but once you find us, it is easy. This place is more like a home than an office, which is why the name fits. We have got computers set up in a couple of the rooms. Most of our work involves helping people who live nearby with their tech issues. We see a lot of students and families from the quarters. It is a friendly place. There is always someone walking by or kids playing outside. We do not have a big fancy lobby or anything. You just walk in and we are usually sitting at the large wooden table in the middle of the room. We drink a lot of coffee and stay busy with repairs and software updates. Pune is a tech city, but we like keeping our part of it small and personal. We do not use a lot of jargon when we talk to people. We just explain what is wrong in plain English. It is a simple operation. We are not looking to expand into some big office building. We like being right here where we can actually talk to the people we are helping every single day.
