We keep the windows open when it's hot, even though the street noise comes in. It feels real that way. We aren't a big university or anything like that. We just help people learn skills that might get them a paycheck. We’ve seen a lot of people come through these doors. Some stay for a few months and some just a few weeks. We just keep doing what we do. Chinchwad is a good place to be for this kind of work because there are lots of people looking for a start. It's a busy life.
