This Company Secretary In Practice office is located at B 5 1 Uma Prasad, Mehunpura. We are in 512 Shaniwar Peth, Pune 411030. Shaniwar Peth is a very traditional part of the city and it has a lot of history. Our office in the Uma Prasad building is where we deal with all the company law matters and secretarial work. It is a bit of a maze in this part of Pune with all the small lanes but once you find Mehunpura it is easy. We spend our days dealing with the registrar of companies and making sure all the minutes and records are kept up to date. The office is small and filled with papers, as you might expect for this kind of job. We don't have any marketing people or sales teams. It is just us doing the actual work for the clients who find their way to us. Most of the people we work with are local business owners who need help with their annual filings. We sit at our desks and go through the forms one by one. It is not glamorous work but it is necessary. We have been in Shaniwar Peth for a long time and we like being part of the community here. It feels more personal than being in one of those new glass towers on the edge of the city.
