Our place is called Akshay, at 469 B1 in Shaniwar Peth. Karad is a smaller place compared to the big cities, but we like the pace here. We’ve been set up in this building for a good bit of time. It’s a local spot and most people around Shaniwar Peth know where it is. We do tech work, which is a bit different from some of the other shops nearby. Our office is pretty basic. We have our desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and our computers. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just do the work. The morning starts with opening up the shutters and getting the systems going. It’s a simple life. We usually walk to the nearby stalls for tea in the afternoon. It’s a tight-knit group here. Since we are in a smaller town, everyone knows everyone. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just fix things and make sure the software is running right. The office can get a bit warm in the afternoons, but we have the fans going. We aren't looking to be the biggest or the flashiest. We just want to stay in Shaniwar Peth and keep doing what we know how to do. It’s home for our small team. No one here cares about corporate titles much, we just focus on the computer screens.
