CNCTIMES.COM operates from the first floor of Plot No.59/60. We are located in Prathamesh Park, which is part of Survey No.150/7 in Balewadi. It's a quieter part of the city compared to some, but it's growing fast. Our office is simple. We have our computers and some chairs, and that’s about it. We spend most of our time online. Balewadi is a good spot for us. It’s easy for the staff to get to. We’ve seen a lot of new buildings go up around Prathamesh Park lately. It used to be much emptier. Now there are cafes and other shops. We just keep to ourselves on the first floor. It’s a good space for thinking and getting things done. We aren't a huge corporation with thousands of employees. We are just a small group managing the site and talking to people in the industry. We don't go for big displays. The work we do is what matters to us. We try to stay organized, but sometimes the desk gets covered in notes and coffee mugs. That's just how it goes when you're busy. We’ve been at this for a while now. Plot No.59/60 feels like home. We know the neighbors and the local tea stall. It’s a decent way to spend the day. CNCTIMES.COM is just us doing what we know how to do in Balewadi. It works for us and we keep at it.
