We are located at 211 Somwar Peth, which is right by Kalaram Mandir in Pune. If you are from around here, you know how it gets during the festival times when the crowds are thick. Our office is just a regular spot where a few of us show up every morning to get the paperwork done. We don’t have a big fancy lobby with coffee machines. It is mostly just desks, a few old chairs for people to sit on while they wait, and the sound of the ceiling fans. Some days the internet is slow and we just have to wait it out while chatting with whoever is in the office. We handle financial things, mostly just documents and applications that people bring in. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, so we usually have the windows open to catch a breeze, even though the street noise comes in too. Most people find us because they live nearby or they were visiting the temple and saw the sign. We’ve been in this building for a while now. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it works for what we do. We try to be helpful when someone walks in with a question about their account or a loan. It is a very normal workplace with regular people trying to do their jobs before the traffic gets too bad in the evening.
