Our office is located in Gulmohar City, specifically at Flat Number 402, in the Kharadi area of Pune. Working out of a flat gives us a different feeling than a traditional office block. It is a bit more personal and less formal. We’ve been here for a while, and we’ve watched Kharadi turn from a quiet suburb into a massive tech hub. There is always construction happening nearby, so we hear the sounds of building work quite often. Our team is small, and we mostly focus on various technology projects. We have desks set up in the main living area and one of the bedrooms has been turned into a small meeting space. It works well for us. We have a small kitchen where we can make coffee, which is a big plus during long workdays. Sometimes we work late into the evening, and the residential vibe of Gulmohar City makes it feel safer and more comfortable. We aren’t a huge company with hundreds of employees. We are just a few people who know their way around computers and like working in a space that feels a bit more like home. The commute can be tough with all the new traffic in Kharadi, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We just keep our heads down, write our code or fix our systems, and manage things from this fourth-floor flat. It is a simple, honest way to run a business in a fast-growing city.
