Chetan Varieties

We are located at the 2nd Cross on Hosa Road in Chanakeshwanagara, near Baner Gaon. It’s a variety store, so we try to keep a bit of everything for the people living nearby. You might find household plastics, some snacks, or maybe school supplies depending on what we have in stock that week. The shop is on a corner, which makes it easy to spot, but the road out front can be a bit bumpy and uneven for the cars. We spend most of the day behind the counter. It’s a small space, so we have to be careful about how much we buy at once or we won't have room to move around. Sometimes the neighborhood kids come in just to look around or buy a small candy. We have been here for a while and have seen the area change as more buildings go up around us. It’s a simple way to make a living. We don't have any big signs or bright lights to attract people. Most people just walk in because they need something small like a lightbulb or some soap or some thread. There are days when it’s very quiet and we just sit and listen to the radio or talk to each other. Other times, everyone comes in at once and it gets a bit chaotic in here. We just try to help everyone find what they need. It is a basic neighborhood shop and we like it that way. No corporate rules here, just us running the place. Anyway.
