Chenz Salon

Chenz Salon is located in Aundh, at Shop Number 5 and 6 in Gaikwad Heights. We are right in the Anand Park area. It is a nice neighborhood to work in every day. The shop has been here for a while and we have seen the streets change quite a bit over the years. We have a decent amount of space since we took two shop units and joined them. It is mostly just a regular place where people come for their grooming needs. We have the usual chairs and those big hair-washing stations that sometimes drip if the pipes are acting up. The staff here are locals for the most part. We talk about the weather or the traffic on the way in. Aundh can get pretty jammed up in the evenings, so we see a lot of people stopping in to wait out the rush hour. We try to keep the place looking okay, but it is a working shop, so there are always damp towels in the laundry basket and bottles of shampoo sitting on the counters. It is not like those fancy places you see in movies. It is just a place to get your hair done by people who know how to use a pair of scissors. We have some plants near the window, but they do not always stay green. People from the nearby flats come in regularly. They know us well.
