Our branch of Chate Coaching Classes Pvt Ltd is right in the heart of Shivaji Nagar. If you know the area, you know it’s always moving, and we are right in the thick of it. The building we use is an older one, but it’s got plenty of room for the different subjects we teach throughout the day. We don't have a lot of modern frills here. It’s mostly just the basics—desks, chairs, whiteboards, and a whole lot of textbooks. Every morning starts with opening up the main gate and checking the schedule to see which teachers are coming in first. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the small details, like making sure the markers haven't dried out or that we have enough drinking water for the students. The noise from the street is something you just get used to after a week or two. Students come in from all parts of the city because Shivaji Nagar is so central. During the breaks, they usually hang out by the entrance or run to the nearby stalls for a quick snack. We don't try to make the place look like a corporate office. It’s a coaching center, plain and simple. We have our hands full just keeping up with the different school boards and the various exam dates that keep shifting. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but seeing the students finally understand a difficult topic makes the long hours in this office worth it.
