Champion Education Sports Academy

You can find us over at 29434 Gokhale Nagar, right near the Passport Office. Champion Education Sports Academy is a place where we spend most of our afternoons and evenings. It isn't a massive stadium, just a local spot where kids and some older folks come to move around and learn a bit about different sports. We started this because we saw there wasn't much for the youth to do around this part of Gokhale Nagar. The area stays busy with people going to the passport office, so there is always a lot of movement outside our gates. Inside, it’s mostly about practice and getting the basics down. We don't have fancy equipment, but we have enough balls and gear to keep everyone busy. Some days the weather is great for being outside, and other days we have to huddle under the shade and talk about rules or strategy. It gets pretty loud when a game is going on, but that is part of the fun. The coaches are just local guys who love the game and want to see the kids improve. We aren't trying to be some world-class training center, just a place in the community where you can break a sweat and learn something new. It’s a lot of running around and making sure everyone is playing fair. We stay open late most days until the streetlights come on and parents come to pick up their children.
