We don't have a lot of bells and whistles because we don't think they’re needed. Most of the time, we’re busy in the kitchen or organizing the day's tasks. The layout of the place is simple, and we like it like that. We get a lot of people from the nearby houses and offices in Wakad who just want something reliable. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone telling us how to talk to people. We just talk like we normally do. Some days are busier than others, especially when the weather is nice and everyone is out. We keep our tools sharp and our counters clean. Running a place like this means you don’t get much time to sit down. We take pride in the fact that we’re a local business. We know the roads around here and the people who walk them. If you come by, you’ll probably see the same two or three of us working. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to do a good job right here in Vidyagiri Layout. It’s hard work, but it’s our work. We just show up, do the tasks, and close up when the sun goes down. That's our daily routine here.
