Our office is called Bhaskaranand and it’s located on Plot No. 245 in Sector No. 27A. We’re in the Pradhikaran area of Nigdi, Pune - 44. Chaitanya Placement & Consultancy Services has been operating from here for a good while. We mostly help people find jobs and do some consulting on the side. Pradhikaran is a nice, planned out area, so it’s easy to navigate compared to some other parts of Pune. The office is basically just a place where we can sit down and talk to people about their careers. It’s not very formal. We like to keep things simple. We have a few rooms where we conduct interviews or just sort through files. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the paperwork, but we know where everything is. We get a lot of local folks coming in from around Nigdi looking for work. It’s good to be able to help them out. We don’t use any of that fancy management talk. We just listen to what someone needs and try to find a company that’s looking for those skills. It’s a straightforward process. Being at Plot 245 makes us easy to locate once you’re in Sector 27A. We enjoy being part of the community here. It’s a steady job for us, and we take it one day at a time. No big promises, just real effort to get people placed in decent jobs. We're usually around from morning until evening if anyone needs to stop by.
