Chaitanya Clinic

Our clinic is located in Shop No. 1 at Mauli Residency. We’re out in the Hadapsar Fursungi area, right by the SP Infocity. It’s a busy spot with all the people working nearby, so we see a lot of folks coming in after their shifts or during their lunch breaks. Chaitanya Clinic is a small place. It’s not one of those massive hospitals with hundreds of beds. It’s just a neighborhood clinic where you can come when you’re feeling under the weather or need a check-up. We spend our time managing the files, keeping the waiting room tidy, and talking to patients about their health. It’s very down-to-earth. We don’t use a lot of medical jargon if we can help it. We’d rather just explain things in plain English. Some days the phone doesn't stop ringing and we have to juggle the walk-ins with the people who called ahead. It can be a bit much, but we get through it. Being in Mauli Residency means we’re part of the local housing complex too, so we know many of the families who live upstairs or in the next building over. It makes the work feel more personal. We aren’t about big slogans or marketing. We just open the shop, turn on the lights, and wait for whoever needs us to show up. It’s a simple, honest way to run a clinic. We’ve been here a while and plan to stay for the long haul.
