Cf Infra Devolopers Pvt Ltd might have Mumbai in the name, but our main office is actually in Chinchwad, Pune. We are located at C Odngawande in Bijali Nagar. It is a bit of a trek if you are coming from the center of Pune, but Chinchwad has its own vibe. Our work is all about infrastructure, so we spend a lot of time thinking about roads, buildings, and how things are put together. The office is where all the planning happens. It’s full of blueprints, measuring tapes, and stacks of files from old projects. We are a small group, and we’ve known each other for years, so the atmosphere is pretty casual. We don’t have fancy slogans or a big marketing budget. We just look at the plans, talk to the contractors, and try to make sure everything is moving forward. It’s not always easy, especially with the weather or when supplies are late, but we manage to stay on track. Bijali Nagar is a fairly quiet spot which is good for focusing on the technical side of things. Most of our days are spent on the phone or out at actual construction sites, so the office is really just a home base for the paperwork part of the job. It is practical, a bit dusty from all the files, and exactly what we need.
