We spend a lot of our time here at Parvati 16 83 2. It’s a busy spot where we try to help other companies figure out their plans. Most days start early with a lot of tea and looking over messy spreadsheets. We aren't a big fancy operation with hundreds of people in suits. It is just a small group of us who have been around the block a few times. People come to us when they have a problem in their business and don't know which way to turn next. Sometimes it's about how to manage staff better or how to organize the day-to-day stuff so things don't fall apart. We sit around the table and talk through things. It isn't always quick. Some problems take a while to untangle. We’ve seen a lot of different offices and how they run. The building here is okay, nothing special, but it works for what we do. We don’t really bother with big speeches or glossy brochures. That’s just not how we work. Mostly, we just listen to what’s going wrong and try to find a way to make it a bit better. It’s hard work and it can be frustrating when things don’t move fast, but that’s just how it is. We keep the doors open and the files organized as much as we can. It’s mostly about common sense and staying organized.
