CEE DEE Vacuum Equipment Pvt.Ltd. is located at Plot No.81-B/16 in the General Block of MIDC, Bhosari. This is a big industrial zone, and we are just one of many businesses here. Our building is a solid, functional space designed for building vacuum equipment. Inside, it is mostly open floor space where we assemble the different units. We have shelves full of valves, gauges, and stainless steel parts. It is not a place for visitors to come and see a show; it is a place where we do real manufacturing work. The MIDC area is always buzzing with activity, and Bhosari has a specific feel to it that you only get if you work here every day. We usually have a schedule pinned to the wall, though things often change depending on what materials arrive. We have a small area for the paperwork, but most of our time is spent out on the shop floor with the tools. The noise of the machinery is constant, and we have to speak up to hear each other. We drink a lot of tea to keep going through the afternoon. It is honest work, and we just focus on getting the equipment built correctly before it leaves the plot. We’ve been here long enough that we don't really notice the industrial surroundings anymore; it’s just home. We are just a group of people working hard every single day.
