You can find us in Pimple Saudagar, over at the Kasturi Society in building E-204. Pune has grown so much lately, and this area is no exception. It’s become a real hub for people working in our field. Our office is inside a residential society, so it feels more like a home than a cold business office. We’ve got a couple of rooms converted into workspaces. It’s quiet enough that we can actually get some thinking done. We don't have a front desk or a lobby area. You just walk in and see us working at our desks. There’s usually a pot of tea on the go in the small kitchen area. We’ve got wires running across the ceiling to keep the network going. It isn't a polished corporate environment, but it serves us well. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't as bad as it could be. We spend a lot of time on our computers, obviously. Sometimes we take a break and go down to the local market area to grab some snacks. The society itself is quite well-maintained, which is a nice bonus. We don't really have any big signs outside. If you know where we are, you just come up. It’s a simple, functional way to work. We aren't interested in fancy office perks. We just want a decent place to get our tasks finished without too many distractions from the outside world.
