Our place is located in Pune, specifically at C 9 Sahara Prestige. If you know the Hadapsar Saswad Road area, you know it can get pretty crowded, especially near the Suyaba Mangale Karyalay. That wedding hall is right opposite us, so there is usually a lot of noise and music when there is a function going on. It makes things lively, even if it gets a bit hard to find parking sometimes. We are out in Bhekarainagar, Fursungi, which is a bit of a haul from the main city center but it is where we have set up shop. The building is a regular apartment-style commercial space. Inside, it’s just a normal office with Careernet Technologies Pvt Ltd on a small sign. We do a lot of technical work here, so there are wires everywhere and people focused on their monitors. It is a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. The tea guy downstairs knows all our orders by heart now. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing with meetings for the sake of meetings. We just get in, sit down, and do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the traffic on the Saswad road is a nightmare, so we might stay late just to avoid the worst of it. It’s just a regular bunch of people working in a busy part of Pune.
