Career Management International

Career Management International is run out of Classic Plaza, specifically Flat No B1 on Vadgaonshinde Road in Lohegaon, Pune. We are right opposite Rohan Transport, so there are always trucks and vehicles moving around that area. Lohegaon has its own pace, a bit away from the main Pune city center, which we actually quite like. The office is in a residential building, so it feels very grounded and unpretentious. We have a few rooms where we conduct our daily business. It’s mostly about managing paperwork, making calls, and keeping records. The space is a bit tight sometimes, but we’ve organized the desks to make the most of it. There is nothing fancy about the interior. It’s just paint, desks, and some filing cabinets. We often hear the noise from the transport company across the road, but it just becomes background noise after a while. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad unless the road is under repair. We usually start our day early to get a head start on the emails and calls. Lunch is often shared in the small kitchen area or brought from home. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees; we are just a small team trying to stay on top of our work in a quiet corner of Lohegaon. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living without any unnecessary complications or corporate polish.
