Career Crossroads

We've been over here at Suraj Mansion on German Bakery Lane for a while now. Koregaon Park is a busy spot, and our office is just tucked away in Flat No 5. Career Crossroads isn't some big fancy firm, it's just us helping people figure out their next steps. Sometimes things get a bit hectic in this part of Pune, especially with all the traffic near the bakery, but we manage. People walk in looking for advice, and we just sit down and talk through what jobs might fit. It isn't always easy to find the right path, so we just try to be straight with everyone. We spend our days looking at resumes and calling around. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where the work gets done. Most people find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a friend. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood over the years. It’s a good place to be based. We don't have a huge team, just a few of us who know the local job market pretty well. We keep things simple here. If someone needs help with their career, they know where to find us. Just climb the stairs and knock. It’s usually quiet inside unless the phones are ringing off the hook. We try to stay organized, but sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks. That's just how it goes when you're busy every day of the week.
