Career Crossroads

We are located at Anand Terrace in the Rambaugh Colony area of Pune. It is a pretty normal spot, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside. Most days, we just come in, unlock the doors, and start going through the applications that come our way. Career Crossroads isn’t a huge operation, just a few of us sitting around desks trying to help folks figure out their next job. The building itself is older, and you can hear the street noise if the windows are open, which they usually are for the breeze. Pune has changed a lot lately, but this little corner of Rambaugh stays pretty much the same. We have a lot of files to keep track of, and sometimes the printer acts up, but we get the work done anyway. People stop by to drop off their resumes or just to ask about what’s available in the market right now. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist in a suit.
