Career Avenues

We are over at Flate No 2 in Renuka Vihar. This is in the Pune 43 area. Career Avenues is basically just a small office run out of this flat. It is on the lower floor, so it is easy to get to. We don't have a fancy entrance, just a regular door like the rest of the apartments in Renuka Vihar. Inside, we have set up some basic furniture and computers. It is a bit cluttered with papers and books, but we know where everything is. Pune 43 is a decent area to be in, not too far from everything but still quiet enough to get work done. We don't have a big sign outside or anything like that. Most people who come here already know where we are. We spend our time going through files and answering emails. It is a very simple setup. No one wears a suit here. We just dress for the weather and focus on the tasks for Career Avenues. Sometimes we have tea together in the small kitchen area. It is a very relaxed environment. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny office. We just want a place where we can sit down and do our jobs. It has been our base for a while now and it works for what we need. It is just a normal spot for a normal day's work and we stay focused on the tasks.
