Our office is at Survey No 31, specifically in Shri Datta Nivas. This is over in the Dhankvadi area of Pune. If you know the 411043 pin code area, you know it can be a bit busy around here. Shri Datta Nivas is where we set up Career Avenues Pvt. Ltd. It’s more of a local feel than those big IT parks you see on the other side of town. We like it this way. It feels a bit more grounded. The building isn't anything spectacular, just a place where we have our desks and computers. We spend most of our day here talking to people and sorting through things. Sometimes the stairs are a bit of a workout, but it’s fine. We have some good neighbors in the building too. Dhankvadi has its own rhythm, and we’ve become a part of it over time. We don't have a big reception desk with a fancy logo behind it. It’s mostly just files and coffee mugs and people working. We've been at this address for a while, so we know where to get the best snacks nearby. It's a practical setup for us. No need for all that polished corporate stuff that doesn't really mean much in the end. We just focus on what needs to be done each day at Survey No 31. It’s a decent place to spend our working hours. We're usually here from morning until the evening sun starts to set and we head home.
