Career Alliances

Career Alliances is located at Flat No 10 in Premraj Heights. You can find us in Shitholenagar, which is part of the Sangvi area in Pune. It is a residential building, but we use the flat as our main office. It has a kitchen and a bathroom like any other apartment, but the living room is where the main desks are. We have been in Sangvi for some time now. Premraj Heights is easy to spot once you get onto the right street in Shitholenagar. We don't have a big staff. It is just a few of us. We spend our days mostly on the phone or on our laptops. The flat gets decent light in the morning, which makes it a nice place to work. It is not like those big glass offices in the IT parks. We prefer it here because it is quieter and feels more like home. Sometimes the neighbors in the building pop by to say hello. We don't have any formal dress code or corporate rules. We just show up and do the work that needs doing. Career Alliances is a small operation, but we stay busy. Being in Pune means there is always something going on, but Shitholenagar is a bit tucked away from the main chaos. It is a practical spot for us to run things from Flat No 10. We just keep things moving along without much fuss or bother while the tea stays hot.
