Capricorn Human Capital

We are over at 486, Rasta Peth, which is a busy little corner of Pune. Being right near Kem Hospital means there is always a lot of movement outside our windows. At Capricorn Human Capital, we spend a lot of time on our phones and looking at papers. It’s mostly about finding people for jobs, which can be pretty tiring some days. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks and a few chairs for visitors. Pune has changed a lot, but Rasta Peth still feels like the old city. Parking can be a real headache around here, so we usually tell people to come by two-wheeler if they can. The 411001 area is right in the heart of things. We get a lot of noise from the ambulances and the traffic, but you get used to it after a week or two. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes for a bit, and we just sit and talk until it comes back. It is a regular workplace where we try to get through the pile of resumes and calls. We don't have a big fancy lobby. Most people who come in are just looking for a start or a change in their career. We have some tea, discuss the requirements, and see if anything fits. It’s just the daily routine for us here in Pune. There is always a lot to do, but we take it one step at a time.
