Capntel Executive Search

Capntel Executive Search is our little office over in Pimpri, Pune. We are located at 17- Sukhwani Park -B. It’s right opposite the Vastu Udyog Colony. If you know Pimpri, you know it can get pretty crowded, but our corner is relatively okay. We spend our days looking for people to fill roles for different companies. It’s a lot of phone calls and looking at screens. We don't have a fancy lobby with a marble floor. It’s just a standard office setup. We’ve got some files, some computers, and a lot of pens that always seem to go missing. We’ve been at this address for a while. The neighbors in Sukhwani Park are mostly quiet. We aren't trying to sound like some high-level global firm. We are just local recruiters doing our jobs. Sometimes it’s hard finding the right person for a role, but we keep trying. The office gets a bit warm in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going. It’s a simple life here. We don't have any big corporate slogans. We just talk to people and see if they fit what our clients need. Pimpri is a good place for business. We like being near Vastu Udyog because people know the landmark. We just show up, do the work, and head home like everyone else. It’s an honest way to spend the day. That is the reality of our workplace at Sukhwani.
