Cancu Exports Private Limited is based in Pune, over at Lulla Nagar. We have our office in Gera Junction, room 215. It’s a pretty modern building, but we keep things simple inside. We spend our time working on export deals, which involves a lot of coordinating between different parties. Lulla Nagar is a good area, not too far from the heart of the city but still manageable. Our daily routine is mostly about checking the status of shipments and making sure the paperwork is in order for the next batch of exports. We aren't a big, cold company; we’re just people who know how to get things from point A to point B. Sometimes the systems go down or there’s a delay at the customs office, and we just have to sit tight and wait it out. We don't have any grand mission statements or corporate values posted on the walls. We just focus on doing the job we’re paid for and making sure everything is handled right. It’s a lot of emails and phone calls, and occasionally some long hours when a big shipment is due. We’ve built up a decent rhythm over the years here in Pune. Just a small team in room 215, making sure things get overseas without too many problems or extra delays. It’s steady work and keeps us quite busy.
