Call Center/Bpo

This is our Call Center/Bpo located at 465 Rasta Peth. We are right near the Power House in Pune. The 411011 area is an older part of the city, and it has a lot of character. Our building is a bit old, but it serves us well. Inside, you will hear the constant sound of people talking on phones. It’s never really silent here. We have rows of workstations with headsets and monitors. The Power House is a great landmark because everyone knows where it is. Being in Rasta Peth means we are close to the center of everything. The office isn't very stylish. We have functional desks and chairs that have seen a lot of use over the years. There’s a small corner where we keep the water cooler and a kettle for coffee. The windows are usually kept closed to keep the street noise out, but you can still hear the city hum. We work in shifts, so there are always people coming and going at different hours. It’s a busy, practical environment. We don't have any polished mission statements on the walls. We just have our schedules and targets. It’s a place where work gets done, and we all know each other’s names. We just keep our heads down and handle the calls as they come in throughout the day and night.
