You can find us at Cable & Wireless over at 296/A in Mahalaxmi Park. We've been based in this part of Pune for a good while now. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which is nice when you're trying to focus on getting things done. We mostly deal with cables and various types of connections, just like the name says. It’s physical work and sometimes it gets a bit messy with all the wires and tools lying around, but we’ve got a system that seems to work for us. The office itself isn't anything special to look at. It’s mostly used for storing our gear and there are a few desks where we handle the scheduling and the phone calls. We have a small crew that knows the local streets around Pune really well. We aren't looking to expand into some massive global thing; we just like being the local spot that people call when they have a problem. Sometimes the weather makes the outdoor work difficult, but we usually manage to stay on track. We don't use any fancy scripts or automated systems when people call us. It’s just one of us answering the phone and seeing how we can help out. Being near Mahalaxmi Park is convenient for us and our clients. Most of the people around here have seen our trucks or walked past the office a dozen times. We're just regular people trying to do a decent job every single day.
