Our shop is at 262 M G Road, right in the heart of the Camp area. If you’ve spent any time in this part of the city, you know how iconic M G Road is. It gets very busy, especially in the evenings when everyone is out for a walk. We’ve been in this building for a long time, and it has a lot of history to it. You can feel that when you walk in. The ceilings are high and the floors have seen a lot of footsteps over the decades. We don’t really change much because we like how it feels. It’s just a place where we do our work every day. We see the same faces passing by and sometimes they stop in to say hello. The traffic outside can be a bit much, but inside it’s usually a bit more relaxed. We spend a lot of time just keeping things in order. There’s no big corporate office behind us, just our small team here in Camp. We take care of the shop and the items we have. It’s a straightforward way to run things. We’ve watched the shops around us change names and owners, but we’re still here at the same old address. It’s a familiar spot for us and for the people who have lived in the area for a long time. We plan to be here for many more years just like this.
