C R Bridges

We are up on the 9th floor near Sadhu Vaswani Chowk. It’s quite a view from here. C R Bridges is what we call ourselves. We deal with construction projects, mostly things like bridges and heavy stuff. It’s a lot of paperwork and blueprints. My desk is usually covered in drawings. The elevator in this building is a bit slow, so give yourself time if you visit. We’ve been doing this for a long time. It’s hard work, thinking about how things stay up. We aren't a massive firm. Just a few engineers and some office staff. We spend a lot of time on site too, getting our boots dirty. But the planning happens here. Sadhu Vaswani Chowk is always busy. The noise of the traffic comes up even to the 9th floor. We drink a lot of coffee. Usually, we are arguing over some measurement or material cost. That’s just how it is with us. We don't do fancy presentations. We just show the work. If it’s solid, it’s solid. People know us for being straightforward. No corporate talk here. Just honest engineering. We have some old photos of projects on the walls. They look a bit faded now. But they show what we've done over the years. It’s a steady job and it keeps us busy. We aren't trying to be famous, just doing our part in building things right. There is always a new project coming in just as the old one wraps up.
