You can find us over in Bibwewadi, up on the first floor. The exact spot is on 11th Main Road, at the 38A Cross. It’s a busy intersection and sometimes the street noise can be quite a lot during the afternoons. Our office isn't very large, but it’s enough for the handful of us who work here. We have some desks pushed up against the walls and a lot of shelving for all the stuff we need to keep track of. It’s a very practical workspace. We don’t have any air conditioning, just a few ceiling fans that we keep running all day to deal with the heat. The stairs leading up to the first floor are a bit steep, so you have to watch your step. We’ve been at this location for a while and the locals know us pretty well. Most of our work involves handling orders and talking to people on the phone. It’s not a high-tech environment. We use regular notebooks and pens just as much as we use the computer. Sometimes the neighbor's dog barks a lot, which can be distracting during calls, but that's just how it is in this building. We enjoy being in Bibwewadi because everything we need is within walking distance. We just keep things moving and don’t worry too much about having a polished image. It’s a simple life and a simple business for us.
