Our office is located in Nigadi, right in the Pradhikaran area. Specifically, we're in Flat 3 on Plot 90. It's easy to find because we're directly in front of the Excise Bhavan. If you’re familiar with the Akurdi Police Station, we are just near that too. The neighborhood is fairly organized and easy to navigate. Working out of a flat gives it a bit of a different feel than those big office blocks. It’s a bit more personal, I guess. We’ve got a small team here. Every morning, we show up, start the systems, and get through the day's tasks. It can get a little noisy outside with the traffic near the police station, but it’s nothing we aren't used to by now. There are some decent spots nearby to grab a quick snack or a tea during the afternoon slump. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers recognize us. It’s a practical setup for what we do. We don't have a giant lobby or anything like that. Just some desks, chairs, and the usual gear. It works for us. Pradhikaran is a good spot to be based in Pune, especially with the way things are growing around here. We just focus on our daily responsibilities and try to keep things moving smoothly without making a big fuss about it. The office might be a bit cramped when everyone is in, but we manage. We’ve got enough space for what matters.
