Baner is getting very crowded these days with all the new buildings, but our spot at Varsha Park is where we handle the Agrotech side of things. Bvg Agrotech Private Limited is based right here at Plot No 8/1 in S No 267. It is a decent area to work in because everything is close by, even if the traffic on the main road can be a bit much in the evenings. We deal with a lot of technical stuff related to farming, but we don't try to make it sound more complicated than it is. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where the staff gathers to manage the daily operations and talk to people who come in. We have some desks, a few computers, and a lot of files to keep track of. The team here is mostly local folks who understand how the agrotech world works in this part of Pune. We spend our time looking at data or talking about seeds and growth cycles. Sometimes we have meetings that go on too long, and other times we are just out and about. It feels like a regular job most of the time. We aren't trying to change the whole world overnight or anything. We just want to keep the business running smoothly from our corner in Baner and make sure the work gets finished before we head home for dinner.
