Business Development Executive

We are located over at Jagdish Nagar Co Op Housing Society in Aundh. It's right there on Raj Bhawan Road, Kasturba Path. To be honest, it’s basically an office set up in a residential area, so it’s pretty quiet most of the time. We work out of Building 1, Flat 1. It’s a convenient spot because Pune can get so crowded, but this corner is manageable. We mostly deal with business development work, helping people figure out how to grow their ideas or find new clients. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails from our desks. We aren't some massive agency with a glass building. It’s just us in the flat, working through the daily tasks. Sometimes the neighbors come by or we see the usual delivery guys. It feels very local. We started here because we wanted a place that was easy to get to without the headache of downtown traffic. Pune is a busy city, but Aundh has a different vibe. We don’t have any flashy signs or anything like that. Just a small team trying to get through the to-do list every day. It works for us. We keep things pretty informal. You won't find us in suits very often. We just focus on getting the work done and keeping our clients happy with the results we find for them. Being in a housing society keeps things grounded and real for everyone here.
