Located at 104 in Hadapsar, our office for Business Development Bureau India is pretty straightforward. We don't have a giant sign or a fancy lobby. You just walk in and find us working. Hadapsar is a busy place, especially with all the development happening around here lately. Our daily life revolves around the schedules we set for research and client work. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure no one misses a deadline. The office layout is open, so we hear everything that’s going on, which helps us stay connected I guess. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when everyone is on the phone at once, but we’re used to it. We take our breaks together mostly, walking down to get some fresh air or a snack from the local vendors. The weather in Pune is usually okay, but when it rains, the sound on the roof is so loud we can hardly hear ourselves think. It’s a place where we just get things done without making a big fuss about it. We’ve had some of the same furniture since we started, and it’s seen a lot of hard work over the years. It’s just a regular office where we try to do a good job every day. There’s always someone coming by with a delivery or a question, so the front door gets a lot of use. We don't mind the interruptions much.
