Business Analytix

Business Analytix is located in the Kamaldarshan Apartment, specifically in A 20 on the Katraj Kondhwa Road. This part of Pune, Sukhsagar Nagar, is always busy with people moving around and traffic heading towards the highway. Our office is inside a residential building, so it feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters. We have a small balcony where we keep a few dying plants and where people go to take a quick break from their screens. The kitchen is always stocked with tea leaves and sugar because that’s what keeps this place running. We don’t have those modern open-plan offices you see on TV; instead, we have rooms that were probably meant for bedrooms but now hold servers and workstations. It gets a bit crowded when we have meetings, and we usually end up pulling chairs from different rooms to make everyone fit. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but honestly, we are too busy to worry about that right now. Living and working in Pune means we are used to the hill views and the unpredictable rain. We don't try to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or expensive art. It’s just a group of us trying to do a good job while sitting in an apartment that smells faintly of whatever the neighbors are cooking for lunch. We stay until the work is done and then head home through the Pune traffic.
