We are located at S. No. 114/1/3 in Bhumkar Wasti, which is part of Pune. Budget Properties Pvt.Ltd is a small office where we handle real estate stuff. Bhumkar Wasti has grown a lot lately, with new buildings going up everywhere. We’re right in the middle of that growth. Our office isn't much to look at from the outside. It’s a functional space with some chairs and desks for when people come to talk about land or flats. We aren't the kind of place that uses glossy brochures or high-pressure sales. Usually, it’s just us sitting down with a cup of tea and looking at maps or papers. We spend a lot of time out on the field too, looking at different sites around Pune. The traffic around here can be a real headache, but that’s just part of the job. We’ve been doing this long enough to know the local area pretty well. We don't promise anyone the world. We just show them what’s available and what the prices are. It’s a very grounded way of working. Some days are slow, and we just wait for the phone to ring. Other days, we’re out all afternoon. We don't have a big corporate team; it’s just a few of us trying to keep things organized. That’s how we’ve always done it. It gets the job done and keeps us busy enough for now.
