Brownie Cottage

You can find us at Brownie Cottage on the first floor of the Inox Multiplex building. Being on Bund Garden Road, right near the Pune Railway Station, means it’s always busy around here. There are people coming in and out for movies or just passing through from the station. We spend a lot of time just keeping up with the rush. The smell of baking usually fills the small space we have, which is nice. It’s not a huge place, just enough room for us to do our work and serve people who stop by. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture, just the basics to keep things running. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when a big movie lets out and everyone comes up to the first floor at once. We’ve learned to work fast during those times. The staff here are mostly local kids or people who live nearby. We aren't trying to be a five-star restaurant or anything, just a spot to grab something sweet. The kitchen area is where most of the action happens. We’re constantly checking the ovens and making sure everything looks okay. It gets pretty warm in there, but we are used to it by now. Working near the railway station means we see all sorts of people every day, which keeps things interesting. It’s a lot of standing on your feet, but it’s okay. We just keep the trays moving and the counter clean for the next person.
