Our office is in A 7 of the Prathmesh Appt, which is part of Chintamani Residency. We are in the Chaitraban area of Pune411037. It’s a residential complex, so we are surrounded by people living their everyday lives. This makes the office feel a bit more relaxed than a typical business park. We have a couple of rooms converted into a workspace with basic desks and chairs. It’s nothing fancy, just a place for us to gather and get through our tasks. The lighting is okay, and we have enough space for everyone to have their own corner. Being in Maharashtra, we get that typical Pune weather, which is nice most of the year. We usually take a break around midday to have some food. There are some small eateries nearby, or we just bring something from home. The atmosphere is quiet for the most part, though you can hear the sounds of the apartment complex, like kids playing or people talking in the courtyard. We don't have a lot of visitors, so we mostly just focus on our screens and the phone calls we need to make. It’s a simple way to run a business. We aren't looking to grow into a massive corporation; we just want a steady place to work where we can be productive without too much fuss. It's just Bristlecone India Ltd, doing our daily work in a normal Pune neighborhood.
